How do I reserve a Hotel?
To request a reservation for one or more hotels simply fill out the “request a reservation” form which is in the right sidebar of every hotel detail page. If you need more than one hotel. We will check availability for the hotel and dates you have requested and send you a confirmation and instructions on how to pay! The hotels you request will not be reserved or confirmed until you have received a confirmation of availability and have paid.

How do I know the exact price of a room – you only list a range?
The price ranges we list are inclusive of all taxes and fees. They are based on the lowest and highest priced room type and based on double occupancy (2 people). The exact price you will pay depends on the availability of rooms type, number of adults and/or children in the room, season and length of and/or days of the week you are staying (some hotels charge different prices for mid week or weekend stays).  Based on the information you provide us when you “request a reservation” we will send you an exact quote. Rates are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmation number issued.

How quickly will you confirm my hotel?
We strive to respond to your request as quickly as possible. If your request is made during normal business hours we can usually get back to you the same day. If your request is made after hours we will respond as quickly as we an after business hours resume.  Please be patient, as the best things are worth the wait! We make a concerted effort to answer all requests with 48 hours of receipt.

I want to pay for the hotel(s) now, when I request the reservation, why can’t I?
Many of the hotels must be contacted directly to confirm availability for specific dates and times. We would not want you to pay for a hotel and not be able to stay because there was no availability.  So we confirm all reservations with the operator and then ask you to pay for only the hotels that are available and after you receive a quote specific to your dates.

Can I pay online for the hotels?
Yes, we offer a secure online e-commerce payment system which accepts Visa and MasterCard. Instructions on how to access our payment center will be sent to you after we check availability on your selections.

I don’t want to pay with a credit card, do you have other payment options?
Yes, if you are in Panama, you can make a ACH bank transfer or deposit cash directly into our bank account. You may also visit us at one of your office locations and pay in cash or via credit card.

If you are outside of Panama, you can wire transfer the funds to us. This option will incur additional fees which you will be responsible for. We will provide information necessary to use  these options when we confirm your request.

What if I need to cancel my reservation – can I get my money back?
You may read our terms and conditions which explain our refund policy. We suggest all clients purchase Travel and Trip Cancellation Insurance if they believe they may have to cancel their reservations.
